• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Misrepresent information to dealers or engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Share, sell, or transfer your account access to another person

The Free tier provides limited access to the Service at no cost, including one dealer quote analysis and basic OTD breakdown.

Paid Tiers

• Single Deal ($9): Unlimited quotes, premium scripts, and comparison dashboard
• Deal Pack ($19): Multi-script pack and coaching checklist

Billing

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Disclaimer

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Deals Negotiator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Car Deals Negotiator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
